After discussions in early 2003, a partnership was formed with JCI Technologies and Mvelaphanda who purchased a third shareholding respectively, enabling greater resource capability to become available. Subsequently, Matodzi Engineering replaced Mvelaphanda as a shareholder in PALFINGER Southern Africa. PALFINGER Southern Africa has achieved consistent success that has seen it expand both its partnerships and territory in sub-Saharan Africa.
